Who Can Use DineTogether?
To use DineTogether, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate registration details.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Account Registration & Responsibilities
Kindly note the following:
- Account Information – You must provide accurate and complete information.
- Security – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Misuse – Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may result in account suspension.
Booking & Payments
For Guests:
- You must pay for bookings before they are confirmed.
- DineTogether reserves the right to review cancellations and determine refunds based on circumstances.
For Hosts:
- You set your own pricing and refund policies.
- DineTogether will process payments securely and transfer funds after deductions (where applicable).
Host Responsibilities
As a host, you agree to:
- Provide an accurate description of your dinner event.
- Maintain clean and safe dining conditions.
- Handle guest concerns in a professional manner.
- Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in account suspension.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Guest Cancellations:
- Guests can cancel their booking up to 12-48 hours before the dinner start time for a full/partial refund.
- Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Host Cancellations:
- If a host cancels a confirmed booking, guests will receive a full refund.
- Repeated cancellations by a host may lead to account suspension.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Post false or misleading event details.
- Engage in discrimination, harassment, or abuse.
- Use the platform for illegal activities.
- Any violations will result in immediate account suspension.
Limitation of Liability
DineTogether is a platform that connects guests and hosts. We are not responsible for:
- Food quality, safety, or hygiene.
- Disputes between guests and hosts.
- Any damages or losses incurred during an event.
- Users assume all risks associated with attending or hosting a dinner event.
Intellectual Property Rights
DineTogether is not intended for users under 18 years old. If we discover a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.
Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using DineTogether, you consent to this data collection.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Continued use of DineTogether after changes means you accept the updated terms.
